I'll start with the good. The box itself nicely matches my carpet material in my trunk. It pairs nicely with my sub, producing way more bass than what I expected from a 12 inch sub (take this lightly as this is my first sub and sub box so there are probably better sounding solutions). The sub size is limited due to the need for the targa top to store without any interference. The VetteNuts Corner Sub boxes are for the driver and passenger side, and drop right in with no modifications to the car, and without any issues when storing your targa top in the rear of the C5 Coupe. The boxes press fit in with no screws or tape.

The peak pressure in a ported box can exceed that of a sealed enclosure. All of these designs need some internal bracing.
